Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Shipping Policy
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase to 1348 N. Academy Blvd Colorado Springs Colorado, 80909.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
Include in your email the reason for the return.
Items that have been used more than 1/3 can not be returned.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. This means we will subtract the cost of shipping from your refund.
For the safety and consideration of our customers, we do not accept exchanges.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are processed within 2 business days unless otherwise communicated on the website. If we receive a high volume of orders for specific flavors we will post on the individual product page expected shipping time. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped that following Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Each order will display its tracking number on your order history page. If your order history does not have a tracking number, it means it has not shipped. “Completed Order” emails are sent when orders are shipped, at which point your order history page will be updated with the tracking number.
Once you have received your tracking number, you can track your shipment at FlavorMonster.com/track or at USPS.com
Flavor Monster provides free shipping on all ecommerce orders. There are shipping fees associated with all wholesale orders.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will contact you in regards to back orders if necessary via the email address provided on your order.
